Directions :

Heading North on US 19 N: Heading north on US 19N  (about 3 ½ miles north of Countryside Mall), soon after the intersection of Tampa Road, make right in to the Oak Lake Medical Center.( pass Supergas gas station after the traffice light)

Heading South on US 19S: Make U-Turn at the Tampa Road traffic light and immediate right in to the Oak Lake Medical Center.   Or, make left at Tampa Road traffic light, make U-Turn at West Lake Road, stay in right lane and turn in to Oak Lake Medical Center (before you reach the US 19 traffic light).

From East Lake Road/McMullen Booth Road: Turn west on Tampa Road. Travel for about 2 miles on Tampa Road and before you reach the US 19 traffic tight, turn right in to Oak Lake Medical Center.

Located at the northeast corner of US 19 North and Tampa Road in Oak Lake Medical Center.
